Description
Voucher validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It can be used for hotel, restaurant or SPA services – the choice is up to the voucher holder.
Redeeming the voucher
When making a booking at the hotel, please quote the voucher number. When booking online through our booking engine, please enter the voucher number in the booking comments – your card will then not be charged the guarantee amount.
To redeem the voucher, please first make a reservation for your stay. Depending on the room category and rate you choose, we will send you the appropriate booking confirmation.
Cancelling after the cancellation deadline of the booking will invalidate the voucher. We therefore kindly ask you to read the cancellation and booking terms in your booking confirmation carefully. Partial use of the voucher does not entitle the holder to a refund of any part of the amount paid for the voucher.
Refund policy
The voucher is non-refundable. The voucher becomes active at the moment of purchase and can be used to book a stay at Hotel Galery69. Due to the nature of the service – immediate activation and the possibility of immediate use by the recipient – we do not accept returns or cancellations of purchased vouchers.
