The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
When making a booking at the hotel, please quote the voucher number.
To redeem the voucher, please first make a reservation for your stay. You can book online, provided a room is available in the category you purchased – a room with a panoramic lake view, or a Junior room (if a guaranteed upgrade was purchased). In the booking comments, please enter “Voucher no. XXXXX”, matching the number shown on your voucher.
Cancelling your stay after the reservation’s cancellation deadline will void the voucher, so please read the cancellation and booking terms in your booking confirmation carefully. Partial use of the voucher does not entitle you to a refund of any part of the amount paid.
