All threads lead to the restaurant, forming the whole that is Galery69’s lifestyle.
Our visual aesthetic intertwines with carefully selected yet simple culinary and musical notes, which infuses the atmosphere. Simplicity and minimalism in a somewhat baroque form. Light filtered by the lake water is sometimes gold, sometimes azure – subject to nature’s whim. 

The Galery69 Restaurant is a meeting place for all of us – Guests and Galerniks69. Being a guest of the hotel, it is impossible to miss this place, as there is also a hotel reception, a bar, a club area with a fireplace. The first entrance to Galery69 is also the entrance to the restaurant, whether it is on the terrace or inside due to the season. Here we serve breakfast and serve dishes from the a la carte menu.

Our cuisine

has taken shape over the years, since 2001, and aside from the experience we have gained over the years, culinarily we are unchanged in our basic criteria. This is hotel cuisine, and every guest, regardless of where they come from, what culture and culinary tradition they come from, should find something on the menu for themselves, something that makes them feel at home. Hence, perhaps the best term for our cuisine is – international and authorial. Our second basic criterion is that what we provide should be simple. By this we mean not fancy, overcooked or overly processed. We rely on regional and non-chemical products i.e. live (BIO).

We have managed to draw attention to ourselves over the years and have won several valuable gastronomic accolades including Magda Gessler’s ” strawberries” and an appearance in the Michelin and Gault & Millau guides.

The restaurant is intimate and inaccessible “from the street.” The only way to get a table is by booking through the system

Also, hotel guests are asked to reserve a table – a verbal declaration at the reception is enough, and we will do the rest. The thing is, especially during the summer season, everyone has an appetite for our table, and we want to work to our planned potential

Restaurant operating rules

Breakfast: daily 8:00 – 10:00 am, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 – 11:00 am.
A la carte menu: daily from 1:00 – 10:00 pm, Sunday 1:00 – 8:00 pm.
As the hotel so the restaurant is for adults only i.e. 16+. It is also not a place for pets.
Groups of more than 5 people please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Important: we do not organize family parties and special occasions without booking hotel rooms.

Our cuisine is… light, easy and appetising. Salads, fish and seafood prepared with the lightest of touches. Wine and water. Our bouillabaisse is definitely our own… and the tiramisu
